Tried to return a $23 item that didn’t work & Mr. Manly-Man-Man decided to interrupt me to mansplain how returns work, and then told me to come back tomorrow so the “technician can review.” Sorry, do you not believe me that it’s broken? I mean you can literally plug it in and see that it’s not working. I don’t have time for your high-level technical review on something as simple as a phone charger. Pretty sure I can understand the directions that say “no blue light = no charge.” He could have plugged it into the wall and would have seen for himself.
It’s his dumb loss too bc I needed a more expensive item (bluetooth mouse & keyboard) and was going ask to use store credit towards those and pay the difference. I’ll be buying those somewhere else now, where people treat women as beings capable of understanding technology.
I bought him an antenna that was broken and did not work and he did not want to refund my money
