Chris does incredible work! His knowledge and equipment is impressive. I was in a pinch, three days before a 10 day recording session in Nashville and could not find a tech confident enough to work on my old discontinued Mesa Boogie. Chris brought it back to life, better than ever. He is extremely professional and thorough in his work. He did me a favor and turned it around very quickly – quicker than promised. I’m very pleased. This shop is awesome! Have a vintage HiFi amplifier that lost sound in one channel. After calling around to a few different shops, I didn’t think I would find anyone local that could even diagnose the issue. A friend ended up referring me to Dekatronix after he also had some gear repaired. They identified the part that failed and had it replaced in no time. Charged a very fair rate, tested the entire amp, and even gave me some pointers on maintaining it in the future. I would absolutely use them again!
Had my sansui 6001 Qxr 4 channel for three weeks and said it was “ready” obviously never even plugged it in and turned it on. After a full recap and new lights lights still don’t all work. Won’t tune in stereo and when I put it in different modes u can DEFINITELY hear that it’s not right. For 450 bucks I got a couple new lights. U r a liar!! Gave me every opportunity??? When have you answered one call. U lying rip off artist.
