SCAM!! IM SAVING EVERYONE THE TIME AND MONEY COMING HERE. ALL THESE COMMENTS ARE PROBABLY FAMILY AND FRIENDS! I TOOK MY LAPTOP IN FOR A SCREEN REPAIR AND HE SAID IT WOULD TAKE NO MORE THAN A WEEK. HE DIDNT RETURN IT UNTIL ALMOST A MONTH LATER WITH A REFUND. HE KEPT MAKING EXCUSES ON WHY IT WAS TAKING SO LONG AND WHEN HE RETURNED IT MY LAPTOP WOULDNT EVEN TURN ON(need I mention that the laptop was no older than 3 months when i bought it brand new). HE SAID HE COULD FIX IT BUT IT WILL COST MORE! SO WE TOOK IT TO TWO DIFFERENT SHOPS AND THEY TOLD US THEY HAD CUSTOMERS COME IN COMPLAINING ABOUT VINCENT WORK. TO SOME IT ALL UP WE FOUND OUT THAT HE SWITCHED OUT ALL THE NEW PARTS FOR OLDER ONES. I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING HIME TO COURT!!!!

Brought in 2 laptops and he diagnosed the problems right away (one had a virus and the other was running slow). Not only did he fix them but also added a major upgrade and had both laptops back to me the VERY NEXT DAY!!!
