Long story short. These guys are fast and cheap but poor quality. the apple display is very poor quality and will cause trouble, the workmanship is also poor.
Maybe other parts aren’t as bad.

Your better off paying for the real thing instead of cheap $25 screen from china. They do not have the tools to do a proper repair.

Here is my experience, purchased a used phone that had a screen replacement (almost all their phones have been repaired). I wasn’t happy with the phone due to display issues. They told me they will honor a trade in for another device, I requested a phone with an original display. And was told they will call me soon.

Over the next few weeks the display got worse, random taps, poor color accuracy, freezing. At the one month mark I called asking about the new phone and was given the run around. Shortly after the screen cracked while I was holding the phone. I called them again asking about the replacement and mentioned the screen cracked. I was told it’s another $80 to fix it.

What happened to the warranty? Ended up going to apple for a proper screen and all the issues vanished. The apple tech noted the screen was very cheap and poorly installed.

You can have something done fast, correctly or cheap. Pick two.

I took my son here to fix his phone took it back because they said they will fix if any issues and of course a few hours later there was a problem. So I took it back and the wanted to charge me more, so I went and for a second opinion, form the great repair place down town and of course as expected the damage that was done was done externally during Repair, the new repair guy said there is no way your child would be able to take out the face recognition with no damage and that it had to be when they fixed his screen! But I see for the comments and reviews this seems to be a pattern. So I pray God handles your business the same way you handle your customers. Remember your customers may not see all that you do but your business will never prosper doing people wrong! And karma always works its way back around! I would NEVER recommend this place for anyone!

Never gave them the review I was supposed to give them back in like December. I went for a screen repair and got back a phone that would tap all over the screen by itself. They fixed my iPhone XR. And swapped out my battery. THEN recommended a new battery to me once I told them the issue. My Mom has a LOWER model phone than me (iPhone 7) and has NO serious PROBLEM with her battery. No random tapping AT ALL. When yall start the lawsuit call me. First A Better Way Dealership. I hope these guys are next
