At first they fixed my phone very well, but after I left I noticed there was a small crack near the top of my screen. I ignored it but the next day I woke up to my screen not having any touch. The crack at this point began stretching across the screen. The day after I took it back and they did fix the screen touch issue but said I would have to pay$100 for the crack I didn’t do. I left with the crack on my phone and after I left it began glitching again and broke once again. I took it to another repair shop and they said the screen I received from the shop was cheap. However they did give me a free screen protector. Device-iPhone 14 pro max

I’ve now been to Device Master twice. The first time, my teen needed the back of her phone replaced. Service was friendly and quick. The price was extremely reasonable, too. The second time, I brought my child’s Nintendo Switch Lite in because the screen went dark (after I tried replacing the battery myself…oops!). Again, I received great service and the Switch was fixed in a few hours. I will be returning to Device Master for all of my device repairs.

The back of my phone was severely cracked and damaged . Thought I would have to buy a new one. Dropped my phone off at 9 am this morning and had it back by lunchtime! Brand new !!!! They were very polite and efficient ! Would definitely use again!! And recommend to friends and family .
