We have been to this store a few times and have been nothing but 110% happy and very satisfied. This particular time we came to him when my husband’s phone port was broken and our carrier said it could not be fixed. They wanted us to buy another one since this one was old. We did but unfortunately they said we will loose all our information and they could not retrieve it. We did not stop there. We went directly to this store and with time and patience the owner was able to get every bit of information from our old phone by fixing it. I can’t say enough about the kindness and sincerity that the owner showed us. We are both self employed and we WILL be referring him to everyone we come in contact with!!! He treated us like family. THANKS AGAIN! GREAT JOB !!!!

Went in to get my laptop fixed. I dropped it and some of the laptop keys stopped functioning. We originally planned to change out the keyboard, but after he inspected the laptop, And clean the connector everything began to work.

It was nice to leave my laptop in the hands of someone trustworthy And honest. Because the original plans were to change out the keyboard which was more expensive, but because he was able to fix the issue without changing the keyboard, I was refunded the difference. This type of honesty is rare and definitely appreciated. I will definitely be returning in the future if I have any other issues with any of my electronics

Amazing customer service! This is the only place I will ever go to replace my phone. The owner is VERY honest and took the time to explain to me what he was going to do to fix my phone because the screen would not turn on. He fixed my phone and he called me the next day to follow up with me to see how the phone was working. Great customer service as he truly values his customers and very trustworthy.
