Took my phone in to get fixed and when it was returned it has a little red line on the background. Their 90 day warranty means nothing because when I went back I’m told if they fix it again I’ll have the same problem or they’ll fix it with original parts but I have to pay again for the part. Also I just found out that the front camera lens wasn’t cleaned before installing the replacement glass so its very blurry and basically left me without a front camera.

Wow I refuse to believe that you don’t remember me unless there are more customers that come in to complain all the time. I had a part ordered and I’m using my name in this review but you still say I’m not a legitimate customer? I still have the receipts and my card statements showing I spent $300 with you because I thought you we’re a respectable store. We already talked you said original LG parts are expensive and if I want an original part I have to pay for it. Now I understand this but I was never informed that before the repair and that I would be paying $100 for a cheap replacement screen.

Direct Phone Fix is THE place to go to fix your phone. Mine had a cracked back housing, and these guys saved me a lot of money by replacing it and also the battery quickly and inexpensively. When it turned out that the flashlight was not working after the repair (which is a common issue), they went above and beyond, were able to find an original part, and replaced it for me within an hour! Definitely recommend them.
