Gabi from Direct Tech Solutions has worked on our computers and IT issues for our business here in Portland for at least the last five years. He has been professional and knowledgeable and has solved every problem we’ve thrown his way.

Years ago he installed a solid state drive (highly recommend this!) and my computer ran like lightning. Then, years later I bought another computer that didn’t have the solid state drive which was driving me crazy so Gabi installed another SSD – both times were seamless!

I have relied exclusively on Direct Tech Solutions for IT support at our consulting firm for the last three years. Gabe Piccioli is helpful, accessible, and fair in his pricing. When necessary, he has traveled to our office or to my home to perform work. When our firm got a contract to model integration of operations of the wholesale electric grid in the Mid South, we hired Direct Tech Solutions to build a server capable of running the modeling software. Gabe built the machine in a timely way for thousands less than we would have paid retail. He set up remote access and provided support even while we were running the model during hearings in Mississippi. I transported the machine to my new home office near Boston, and it still runs great!
