Harvey went above and beyond for me and my family. He was able to safely remove information from one device to another. This meant a lot to me in a time of crisis. Had a fantastic experience all around. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and up front about any issues with your system. They took the extra time to call Microsoft to get the activation code for windows. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent service. Very friendly and super helpful and I mean super helpful. I’m from Ohio and was stranded in Brookings and he helped my family figure out things to get me a bus ticket and then he was nice enough to take me a hour or so away to the bus station. I will forever be thankful
