I took my iPhone in with water damage to the camera lenses after swimming with the phone in my pocket (accidentally). The phone was working but all my pictures were coming out foggy. Geylani immediately made me feel at ease as he mentioned he has seen this hundreds of time. He explained the two options to try to fix my phone. One was simple enough, but the 2nd option was more labor intensive. He ended up having to do both options as option 1 didn’t work. He fixed my phone when promised and didn’t try to up-charge or up-sell me on anything even though my screen protector was visibly cracked. Great work! Great Customer service. Not looking forward to breaking my phone again, but I know where Im going if I do.

I took my phone in for what I thought was a cracked camera screen. Another local store told me that they’d have to replace the entire back of my phone and wanted to charge me almost $200! Dr. Phone showed me it was easy to simply remove the lens protector and actually did it for FREE! I was able to order a new lens protector from Amazon and save a lot of money! Thankful for their honesty! I would trust Dr. Phone with any repair!

Fantastic! They changed out a bad USB port on my phone. Done quickly while I waited and they charged less then I was quoted. A few months later I went to Miami and got sand and salt water in the new USB port. I told them what happened and that it was my fault but they wanted to replace it again for free. I insisted they take a small payment. Quality work and fantastic people to work with. Highly recommended.
