My desktop needed a lot of help. It ran real slow and needed someone that could clean out the old, update programs, then reload the previous documents, photos and everything I wanted to keep. Dr. Shred was the answer to my computer issues. The Doctor is very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and made it run as good as new. I really appreciated all the extra effort and knowhow he put in to fix all the issues. I needed my computer repaired a second time, due to Windows going completely south on me. Due to a HUGE mistake I made it took HOURS longer to fix things than it should have.
However Dr Shred didn’t get upset, he got Windows reinstalled and recovered almost all of my data that MY mistake had seemingly erased.
