Best service I’ve ever received, anywhere!! The gentleman here are phenomenal! I was having a mini meltdown over my phone randomly dying on me. Mo at the front desk was so informative and very open about my phones issues. He gave me updates frequently. I watched him help an older gentleman learn how to use certain apps on his phone. He handled it so well and with such respect for him
Eric worked on my phone in the back room. He told me what he was doing and what he was testing as he did it. He fixed my phone quickly and cleanly! Such professionalism and poise from these gentleman. Thank you guys so much! Ya’ll saved my day!!

Dr. Wireless did a wonderful job on my daughter’s shattered screen on her Iphone not once, but twice.
They also were able to fix the phone which had completely stopped working due to extended time screen was cracked.
They fixed all problems in less than a few hours & had it ready for me.

The staff working in this store are extremely patient and helpful. My family have taken a computer, purchased a cell phone for my mother, and returned on a number of occasions for assistance. I gave five stars and they are all deserved. Kudos to great customer service!
