I hired DrTech to provide some much-needed maintenance on my work laptop (I own my own company). It’s a laptop with two hard drives in it and they were both at capacity which was making working on the laptop next to impossible. Jim provided his free diagnostic on the machine and determined that the laptop had plenty more life in it if we simply replaced both drives with larger ones.

Once he got hold of the machine to do the replacements, he also discovered that the laptop’s battery was showing signs of wearing out and could be dangerous if left unchecked. So, we added that to the list and he made that update at the same time.

I’ve got the laptop back after it’s short time with Jim and I could not be happier. It works great. I can run multiple memory intensive programs at the same without running out of scratch disk and it’s making my work life so much easier!

After a recent PSE outage my desktop stopped working. So I called DrTech and Jim came out and assessed the PC. He took it with him and had it functioning within a day but unfortunately the motherboard was showing signs of wear. It was an older computer. When he brought it back we discussed getting a new system. My husband had been urging me to get a new PC for years. So when Jim was leaving my husband spoke with him and later told me he is having a system built for me by Jim.

Yesterday, I received the new custom built PC and am absolutely ecstatic with how perfectly it performs. His work is meticulous, fast and the system was very reasonably priced. He provides exceptional customer service and support.
