My son did his first build last night and it didn’t turn on. Went to another place to see if they could help and I felt as if I was about to get scammed. So I drove down the road and found this place. I couldn’t be happier. Nathan was willing to not only help on the spot but he would talk to my son and show him what he did wrong. He fixed the issue without robbing us or trying to take advantage of us and I totally recommend this place!!! This is like old school computer shop where they actually enjoy doing it and want to help. So happy I found Nathan and DTM COMPUTERS. If I could give 10 stars I would.
my MacBook Air was randomly turning on and off, they cleaned my laptop as it was getting hot, I’m up and running again! the customer service was outstanding, I called inquiring about the status, he said it was fixed, but they closed at 2pm( which it was 2 pm! I guessed they would say come back Monday, but the man I was speaking to, Mr Sam Hong said he would stay open for 30 minutes so I could get my MacBook! I call that SERVICE! and DTM computer was very reasonable in price!

The tip of my laptop charger broke off and got stuck inside the charging port. I tried to remove it myself but couldn’t succeed. Fortunately, a helpful technician was able to take it out in seconds, and he didn’t charge me anything for the service. Thank you!!!
