From start to finish, Eddie and Sarah were amazing to work with!

I was able to share my pcpartpicker build and talk with Eddie to pro/con it. With some adjustments/suggestions from Eddie, he then built the most beautiful, premium computer for me. He went above and beyond when the case that I had my heart set on was out of stock with his normal vendors. He kept looking to find a vendor and he was able to find the Fractal North tower case I had wanted.

When I encountered an issue after setting up, Eddie promptly did a remote IT session with me to troubleshoot. It turned out that I was a bit of a silly goose who didn’t plug the monitor into the GPU (the cringe was sizable, lol). Regardless, he was patient, sincere, and he was able to deduce the problem quickly.
