I recently visited the Electronic Express store at Jones Valley with a friend to shop for a new refrigerator. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. A staff member approached us and told us to leave, claiming we “look like kids.” Despite trying to explain our purpose, he stormed off to the back of the store without giving us a chance to state our reason.

This treatment was not only unprofessional but also felt discriminatory. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with respect, regardless of our appearance. This incident left us feeling humiliated and unwelcome.

I hope the management addresses this behavior to ensure better customer service in the future.

I called Electronic Express in Huntsville,AL on Carl T Jones Dr yesterday (6/10) and spoke with a young man by the name of Luke. I had many questions regarding my interest in a washer/dryer set. He answered every question with politeness and knowledge and we set a time that was good for me to come in and take a look at a set. I went in yesterday afternoon and in a very short time I was able to choose a set that meets my need and I think I will be very happy with. Luke was wonderful in the way he took care of me during the whole transaction. I feel like I was treated as a valued person….not just another $$$ transaction. I highly recommend Electronic Express and their staff!

I walked in and someone immediately greeted me, now he was very nice and polite. He asked me what i was looking for, i said nothing in particular i just was js looking for anything that would catch my eye. He showed me some stuff and anytime i looked at something he brought it up to the counter even though i told him i was most likely not buying. He kept pushing and pushing, i told him at one point i dont even need some of that stuff cause i have it. He then said “well i can guarantee this is better” and he just kept on and on. While he was friendly he was also way too pushy. I’m not going back.
