Great store great location was acknowledged as soon as we came in the store. Also ask how they could help The sales associate was awesome. I told her my concerns and what I wanted in the appliance package for the kitchen and within five minutes, she showed me a complete whirlpool package. She was very knowledgeable about all the appliances. Got the complete package financed for 18 months. Also got a rebate we were in and out of the store with in 30 minutes. That was on June 1 by the 4th of June the appliance package was delivered. The delivery men who brought in the appliances were very competent and worked well together to get them put in, in a timely and safe manner so not to damage anything. The whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, The whirlpool convection/air fry oven, plus matching over the range microwave and last but not least the best dishwasher I’ve ever had the dishes come out squeaky, clean, looking polished. This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying appliances, electronic express on Old Hickory Blvd., Nashville, TN is awesome and Mary is the best sales associate.

We have usually had success with Electronic Express but we will no longer be using them for anything. We ordered a 75″ TV and when they loaded it in the back of my new Lexus SUV they scratched my seat and ripped the back gasket in my trunk. I called Taiwan the store manager several times and he promised to get back to me with a solution which he never did. I also called the corporate office twice and they promised me a district manager would call me back with a solution which never happened. Extremely disappointed with the customer service especially after spending thousands of dollars there over the past several years. What a shame we will be buying from somewhere else since they won’t make it right. We will reconsider and remove this review if they fix their mistake instead of ignoring us.
