Took my gaming laptop in to diagnose and solve an issue with the fan running more loudly than normal. Was easy to book an appointment on his website, received a confirmation text, and a follow up call within minutes, to discuss the issues I’d been having and help get me in for my appointment. When I brought it in, the machine wouldn’t replicate the issue, but Jared sat with me for over an hour trying various methods to see if it would manifest, and generally improving my settings and updating stuff, while cleaning my machine, checking the hardware, and giving me pleasant tutorials and advice. He was personable, easy to understand, and never condescending. At the end of my appointment he wasn’t able to clearly diagnose the issue, so he didn’t charge me for any of his time, even though I got a lot out of it. Even after I left, he took the time to text me with another potential idea. I spent a lot of time researching computer repair in the region and was nervous to hand it over to someone, but I couldn’t speak more highly of my experiences with Electronics by JB and will definitely be back.

This is one of those kind of guys that after you work with him, there’s just absolutely no way you would ever believe someone could possibly leave a negative review. Jared is selfless in his customer service, EXTREMELY REASONABLY PRICED, and has stood by his workmanship as well as every single product I have ever purchased from him over the years. I’ve never had a problem with anything I ever bought and he continues to go above and beyond what all of his competitors ever would after you buy a product from him (I have some horror stories before I met Jared…trust me).

Jared was so awesome! I took my elderly mother’s computer to him one afternoon and he had it repaired and ready to be picked up the next morning. I am not very tech savvy so I appreciated that he patiently explained to us what he did to fix it. The amount he charged was very reasonable. Much less than I was expecting. I would definitely use him again and I have already recommended him to another family member.
