Very Rude. I walked inside hoping to get some help in a tough situation and I had some nice expensive phones that only had screen damage. Im not stupid the screen is not the most valuable component. Every part is more expensive than a screen… Anyways he refuses to let me come inside and I only had some questions about my devices. Told me I needed to buy a ($10) mask just to enter. Worst part is the owner is my neighbor you’d think he could atleast help his neighbor out.

I grew up In Canoga Park, Ca. I have shoped at the business for almost 20 years, The staff are helpful and take the time answer any questions thar you may have,I always recommend to my friends and family, Electronics Plus
Bought a cat 5 cable that didn’t work, they refused to exchange or give me credit. Paid $80 went to best buy and got one for $ 44. This place is overpriced and horrible customer service will never buy from here again
