David, with Elite IT, replied with a quick response from the first call. We came in with two computer problems – both were solved within a couple days! David was able to transfer all my personal photos, documents, projects from the hard drive of my non-working very old desktop to an external drive. I’m very pleased to have that old stuff again. Secondly, my husband’s old Dell laptop was running slowing, and generally not worth repairing. David was able to get a new laptop computer. Most importantly, he spent nearly two hours with us setting up easy access to email and favorites and explained some important features. David’s patience and genuine care for his customers is much appreciated!
