My touch screen laptop was pretty much unusable because of a damaged LED screen. I talked to Bill and he asked me to come in so he could take a look at it. It took him 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to fix it. He ordered the part I needed and within a day of him getting it my laptop was fixed and as good as new! I had high expectations and Bill exceeded them all for less than half the price I would have paid for his services. I’d recommend Elk Grove Computer Services to anyone and I’ll definitely be back if I have any more computer troubles.
Before I trashed an older laptop, I decided to try my last option and called Elk Grove Computer Services. Bill said to bring it in and he would take a look at it for no charge. After he looked at it, he quoted me the most reasonable price for a new hard drive with windows 10 loaded. He said it would take about a week so I left it. 24 hours later he called and said it was ready! To my delight I now have what I consider a brand new laptop. I’m the winner!!! Thank you Bill!
This is going to be my go to for all my computer fixes or issues. Bill was awesome and knowledgeable. He new exactly what was wrong with my computer and gave me options on fixing it. The place looks small but you will be very happy with the result.
