The team is always swift and responsive to our needs, effective at solving our problems, and I do mean responsive! Not just w/in the day but w/in the hour. They are often available on the spot, when I call, and I am not pushed to a call center. The personnel are trained, knowledgeable, and efficient. I don’t have time to write reviews very often but felt compelled to white this because the service is so good, consistently, every time.

Do not trust your financial information with this company. Either it is malicious or incompetence, but they draft my business bank account for varying amounts years I requested to stop services. 2 months ago, I talked to accounting and they assured me no more charges. In the 2 months since, they charged hundreds more to my account. When I called in, they said it was Microsoft office that was deactivated but I owe anyway. I said it can’t be Microsoft office that’s charging thousands of dollars. So as I said, either malicious taking advantage of my personal information, or incompetent management of their accounts.
