Recently I had the extreme bad fortune to have my hard drive crash, over heat, and basically go caput. However, I had the extreme good fortune to choice Empire PC and have them install a new hard drive for me. All my data was saved and transferred successfully. I had many questions and reservations about the work and paying for this service. I was the campus Director at ITT Tech for 14 years. I always had an army of tech savvy people both staff and students to support me on any and all technical issues and never had to go “outside” for problem resolution. The guys really try to show you what was going wrong with your PC, laptop or technical equipment before returning it to you. My last repair they were able to fix my keyboard on my laptop by removing a random screw that wasn’t even part of the computer. They didn’t even charge me for the simple repair!
