I should have backed up my files. empirical installed a new hard drive, it works fine, but I lost my Microsoft office that I paid for when I ordered my computer, I paid good money for Microsoft office. The repair was $258, not a bad price. This is the first time I was disappointed. The employee appeared to not believe me when I said I had Microsoft office on my computer. I don’t think the woman that greeted me is the same person doing repairs hence she didn’t know I had Microsoft office. I should have just bought a new computer, next time I will. I have changed my review to a 4 star because the owner’s reply made me change my mind. I felt like I might turn people away from this repair shop with my stars. The guy who owns and operates this establishment in knowledgeable and professional. I honestly would prefer to use no one else to touch my computers. I like the repair shop, just disappointed about my microsoft office. I still could not find the exact version of Microsoft office I had before, so I had to adapt to a new one, and I actually ended up liking it better.
Professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and reasonable prices.
