I’m afraid I can NOT recommend Tech Masters Computer Services. I hired Tech Masters to help me set up two laptops, get Microsoft business software, and set up professional email addresses for my business, the later being the most important. They did set up the email addresses, and ALL my emails immediately went into my recipients’ spam folders. My whole job is sending email (I’m a literary agent), so this was absolutely devastating for my business. Tech Masters spent three weeks supposedly trying to fix this problem, during which time I experienced work stress like no other–I could not communicate with my clients. Eventually, Tech Masters stopped replying to my emails and phone calls, leaving me in a terrible lurch (despite the fact I pre-paid for 5 hours of their time). In the end, with help from a friend who is a software engineer, I solved the problem myself, but it took HOURS of my own time…which is exactly why I hired an IT company in the first place…so that I wouldn’t have to figure out DKIM authentication and other gobbledygook tech stuff myself. If you want knowledgeable, reliable IT help, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I will definitely be back. It appears Best Buy damaged my hard-drive and Mike helped me to try and retrieve my data. Although, we discovered the hard-drive is indeed not recoverable with the options we tried the service from Mike, the responsiveness, and resourcefulness was amazing. Mike recommended a product to try and download the information from the hard-drive and also provided me step-by-step instructions to help troubleshoot. Again, although it didn’t work I really did appreciate Mike and his willingness to assist. Thank you for your service.

When my computer went on the fritz, I called Stewart and Son Computer Services to see if they could help. Not only did they help, they helped bring my computer back to life, found and fixed two other problems I didn’t even know about AND had it back to me within a reasonable amount of time, all without charging an arm and a leg! Excellent customer service, Excellent staff, Excellent results. Definitely recommend coming here if you IT and/or computer support. Thanks guys!
