WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR PHONE HERE! I cracked my screen on my phone and took my phone to e tech solutions because they had quoted me a much smaller price than other places I had called, I now realize why it was so much cheaper! The lack of attention to detail is astounding! He fixed my screen and it looks and works great but he cracked the back of my phone (and said “it’s just cosmetic” and still charged me the quoted price) and I noticed that my camera wasn’t working properly so I took the back of my phone off, which wasn’t hard because the wrong adhesive was used to put my phone back together so the back of my phone was sitting far enough off of my phone that I could easily stick my finger behind it and pull it off, not to mention the fact that because of this my phone is no longer water resistant, and when I removed the back I found that not only was there MULTIPLE missing screws, there was also a screw that doesn’t even belong to my phone lodged in the side of my camera. Also, because of the missing screws in the back of my phone, any minor jostling of my phone causes my phone to completely shut off! This is by far the worst experience I have had with a phone repair company and as I stated previously I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR PHONE HERE!

I stopped at eTech Solution in St. Charles about 3 weeks ago to see how much it
would cost to get my phone fixed and the owner Jerry gave me quote and I agreed to it.
Jerry order the mater and I didn’t back in for that until 2 weeks later.
Jerry didn’t harass or cause any issues or aggravation, he simple paid for my order and after showing up a couple weeks later, his attitude was awesome, friendly and efficient with getting me taking care of.
45 minutes later I’m getting a call saying it’s completed.
Jerry does amazing work and his knowledge and skill with the I.T. industry is top notch.
I’m satisfied that I drove 40 minutes and I’ll be a return customer.

I have an Iphone 8 Plus that had a terribly broken screen and minor frame damage in the front. I contacted 3 different phone repair stores, all of which told me that my phone was not repairable due to the damage. I was grateful for the help and service I received from Jerry.
