Jose’ was great! Basically performed CPR on my drowned phone…. I tried putting it in rice nothing. He was very up front about cost, potential that he might not be able to resuscitate it and about potential issues down the line. When phone’s new battery was draining quickly (a potential issue he mentioned in advance) he replaced battery free. Good communication all around, work was timely. Would definitely go back with future tech issues. Thanks again Jose’!
the tech work was done quickly and at a decent price – so ordinarily a 5. but they didn’t give back my mouse USB. I missed 1 occasion to get it back when Jose G was there and, when I dropped by again, a colleague couldn’t find it despite getting instructions from his boss. I have emailed and texted Jose G and left a voicemail – all with no response. If it were my business I would have offered to drop it off (not least because I live about 1.5 miles away). oh well
