Watching “Home Alone” a couple days before Christmas and I didn’t have my charger on. Right when the movie ended, my laptop died. I had this Macbook Pro since 2010 so it’s been in my life for a long time. I tried turning it on but it gave me the “Prohibitory” sign and wouldn’t be able to boot up.

I dropped by the next day and dropped it off to Justin. I told him what was going on and he already knew what could be the problem at the top of his head. They ran diagnostics and a couple days later told me everything was good and fixed. Just had to reinstall Mac OS X and I was good to go. I spent about $140 but it was better than spending money for a laptop especially since I spent money for Christmas presents. I’m typing the review on the laptop right now as well.

I brought in my computer because I was having problems with the battery. It took them a week to tell me that it was probably just dust. They then wanted to transfer all my files onto a hard drive to see if that helped. All they managed to do was lock me out of all my files. When I went to pick up my computer after a week and a half they weren’t open even though it is there usual business hours. Sat in the parking lot for half an hour hoping they would open. Complete waste of time. The service was extremely poor. Staff was very unhelpful. I was the one who had to keep calling for updates. Overall they made a situation extremely stressful and locked me out of all my files. Do not recommend. If you want quick and good service/help go somewhere else

I went to Experimac to get my Iphone 6s screen fixed. They were very informative and gave me a great deal!! They changed my phone screen and even put it through a series of tests to make sure that it worked properly before giving it back. Both the gentleman were very nice and extremely professional. I was in and out within about 45min!! I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them/ refer them to everyone from here on out. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!
