I want to let you know about my recent experience with John and Justin in your Methuen store.

After years of paying a lot of money for “Geek Squad,” and never actually using it, a friend recommended Experimax to me. She is the woman whose Dell laptop was smoking.

My laptop was having some issues, and I first called and then brought it in when John was in the store.

John is the best combination of knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He answered so many questions for me, it was like having a personal tutor. I told him I have a bad memory, and I wanted to write down a few steps he had told me, and he was very patient in repeating these steps while I wrote them down.

One of my issues was that I was not backing up my laptop… yes, I know, really bad. I had purchased a portable SSD drive, but never set it up, so that was one thing he did for me, and I asked his advice as far as an incremental backup, which he ordered, explaining that they only had 4 Terabytes in the store, which was more than I needed and he recommended 2 Terabytes, and I asked him to please order it.

I also met Justin during the time my computer was there, and he is equally knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t spend as much time with him, but both Justin and John were great to work with.

I own a business which requires a quick response to my clients and the ability to utilize my computer 24/7. Two days ago it would not boot up. Where do I begin! I came to the store looking to find a perfect computer for me. The 2 gentlemen on the store were beyond amazing, they explained everything to me in detail and recommended me a great laptop, they didn’t even tried to convince me to buy the more expensive computer, they made sure I bought the computer that best fit what I was going to use it for.
