I would give give zero stars if I could. Maybe one star just because the guy at the front desk was nice to me. I had the back glass of my iphone replaced and when I got my phone back I should have checked everything right away but I didn’t because I’m a trusting idiot. When I got home and checked my phone the edges of the back glass still had a bunch of glue on them and weren’t even flush to the phone. However, I was going to accept it because my phone case covers it. Then I went on vacation and when I took out my phone to take a picture my phone camera was blurry and it definitely wasn’t smudged. It looked like there was condensation in the camera lense or dried glue, not sure what it was but it sure wasn’t there before I got my phone “fixed”. I almost went back to have them fix that too but decided not to just in case they would break the whole phone. I even put my phone is silica overnight to try and get the condensation out which should have never been there. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review, but I just dropped my phone (I will admit I can be clumsy and drop my phone from time to time, which the original backing of the phone was able to withstand for countless amount of times) for the first time after getting the back replaced and the back glass not only shattered but completely came off. It looked as though they barely put any glue on the back and the glass was horrible quality. I now have duct tape on my phone to hold it together and obviously will need a new phone because they have ruined my trust in any phone fixing service. If you see this experimax, I’m sorry but I have to give my honest review and I never ever review anything. Also, I’ll accept a refund if you offer it because this has been a terrible experience.

Hands down the most Affordable & Excellent Quality. Look no further. Just be sure to make an appointment before you go if you want them to fix your phone as you wait. I had my I-Phone 8 Plus broken screen repaired in less than 30 minutes. AWESOME, thank you Ronnie.

This is the third time I’m coming to this place to repair my iPhone 8 plus broken class. I can’t begin to tell you how outstanding this business is in every sense. Your prompt, courteous, always have my item in stock and quick to repair. This place is fantastic!

Update: March 2022
My I-phone glass has been replaced too much and my phone is just not the same. I traded it in for a new I-phone and this time I bought Apple Care. I just need the reliability and a new phone.

Ronnie is always helpful and tries to help always but I chose a different route this time. This is a good man, a good store with good service.

I am very rarely very impressed with a business, (sadly), but after being recommended by a friend and checking the prices which were considerably less than all others in the area called and spoke to ‘Ronnie’ who said he was there and come right over although they have had pandemic staffing issues. I arrived and he promised he would have my phone screen replaced in 20-25 minutes. He had it done in 10 to my amazement, and could not have been more pleasant and helpful. This is the kind of business we all need to patronize. I am on call 24/7 and the speed and service were such a relief. Thanks Ronnie, I will recommend and return.
