I broke my phone as I tend to do… I reached out to Express mobile repair and they were very kind and understanding. They were hopeful they could fix my phone which I relay on heavily (as we all do) They within an hour of dropping off emailed me stating what the issue was and ordered the parts needed to repair the damage I caused. Two days later I’m picking up my phone and it is on but will not hold a charge. I have to get a new phone because I really did a number on it this time. They only charged me a few dollars for labor after everything! Not for the parts they ordered and let me keep.They kept me informed with each step of the process like I was a priority. I will always come here. they were professional and kind. kept me in the loop and were genuinely trying to do their best. my phone is still broken and I’m a fan! that says it all. customer service matters and they get that here.
