Had to replace my old battery in my iphone as well as get a new glass screen protector. The total came out to $134.33 for anyone wondering prices. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly and finished my phone in about 45 minutes or so. The only thing I didn’t like necessarily was that they asked for a passcode to unlock the phone. I am to understand that the reason why they need your passcode is that they want to ensure that the phone won’t spontaneously restart itself repeatedly at the three minute mark, after the battery is changed and they need to be able to unlock the phone to test this out. I completely understand their logic behind this, but I think to many people, including myself, that relinquishing what is essentially your most prized possession along with all the sensitive data in your phone, is kind of asking a lot of people. With that said I don’t have any concerns for my data security, the staff were again very professional. 5 stars!
