I stumbled upon this little gem as I was trying to figure out how to retrieve data from a CD and of course my old self couldn’t figure it out. I went in and explained my situation and without hesitation the sweet guy showed me exactly what I needed to do, this kind of kindness is really what makes me continue to keep faith in this world. I didn’t buy anything and he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need however, the smile on my face and the hug I gave him made him smile. Great and fast service! I wanted about $1,800 worth of hardware upgrades and they had it in stock. They gutted my old system and got the new parks installed. A fresh install of windows was done and my gaming rig was back in my office same day!
