FayTech Repair stated they would have my laptop fixed within a week and it would be $305 for parts and labor. I went and paid the amount however after waiting a week for a call to drop my laptop off I was confused. I called and they stated they had the wrong number for me and couldn’t reach me. Fault #1. I asked what the issue was and they said they ordered the wrong part. Fault #2. I said okay well when would you be able to get the correct part in? They stated it was actually going to be an extra $225 for the correct part and they didn’t charge me correctly. Fault #3. At this point I just asked for a refund because I needed to take it somewhere reliable. They said the refund would take 3-5 business days for processing. Well here we are on business day 7 with no refund. So I called again to ask the issue. The lady told me to wait a few more business days, that sometimes square space takes longer. This is untrue because when I called my bank they stated that the refund had just been issued 5 minutes ago and was now pending. So I called back to allow them to tell me the truth and they lied about it again. Fault #4 and 5. I would never take or trust these people with my high dollar equipment seems like they need some business ethics.

I just got robbed by this place. Their story changed 4 times about when my TV would be ready. Charged me a deposit, which I was ok with, then they never called to update the diagnosis. We had to call them and show up. When I called they said they were about to call me. Told me the problem and said they needed to order the part and would be done in 4 days later on that Friday. Never heard a word. Waited until Tuesday, husband showed up at the shop and it wasn’t ready. It wasn’t even at that shop, it was in Raeford somewhere. Said they hadn’t even ordered the part and then said we had to pay for the part before they ordered it to make sure we would pay for the repair. They have my TV and I gave them a deposit. Why wouldn’t I pay for a repair? WTH?! They said fine will order the part it will be done next Friday. Called and they hadn’t even gotten the part yet! Went and picked up my Still Broken TV. They keep my $89.00 deposit This is a joke garbage Repair shop! Do not go here. They are extremely dishonest. I wish I’d never gone to this place.

I was so impressed with this company. I called and told them my concern. I had been locked out of my computer for over 6 months. I went to geek squad and they wanted to charge over 200 dollars to fix the problem. When we got on the phone he immediately resolved the issue. Thank you so much!!
