I’ve used this business several times now and each has been seamless, priced fairly, and an overall pleasant experience. Most recently, my hard drive crashed and not only was Daniel able to recover my files, but also replace my hard drive and optimize my computer at a very fair price – way lower than the price of purchasing a new computer. If you’re planning on going to that Bestbuy nearby for PC issues, don’t even waste your time. Feather Computers is a GREAT place to go for your PC problems or if you want to upgrade your gaming PC. I had little knowledge about PC, and he was patient to explain what was what. Daniel is a very knowledgeable person about PC and is the right man for the job.
Service was fast, and I didn’t even have to buy BestBuy annual subscription plan to get my PC fixed. I’m definitely coming back to this place again.
I highly recommend this computer repair shop. My Lenovo laptop is older with outdated everything. I brought it to Feather hoping I could get a few upgrades and not need a new one. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. My laptop needed minimal upgrades and for about $160 I have a fully functional laptop again. He is also honest because I know nothing about computers so he could have sold me more upgrades.
