I’ve had my screen replaced there a couple of times now. I feel like the warranty is kind of a joke though…went in because I was having issues with the screen glitching out after having it fixed. I watched the guy scrape at the bottom corner of my phone multiple times before he asked if I had a screen protector on. I told him I didn’t, so he wiped where he was scratching at my screen and told me that because there now was the smallest scratches (that hadn’t been there until he was scraping at the screen) he couldn’t give me a full warranty. I still had to pay almost $100 because the phone screen they supposedly FIXED wasn’t working…really disappointed in this service:(

They are untruthful about their prices, and quality of the parts and labor are pitiful!
Edit: My phone is now ruined because of this place, they wouldn’t give a refund, instead told me to spend even more money to re-replace the screen and then to send it away to see if it was their fault and if the manufacturer decides it was I might get a refund then. Do not spend your money here, they don’t care about their customers or their quality of work! I had to come multiple times through my warranty because of their poor fix.

I have gone to them for different devices over the year. I have always had a great experience! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they are PROBLEM SOLVERS! I wouldn’t recommend any other company over them! They have always been able to help, and they explain what’s going on in terms I understand! Ha!
They also don’t push you to buy their products or anything. I genuinely feel they are doing this for the right reasons. I’m so thankful to have them in our community!
