Traded my 11 pro max in back in March for a 12 pro max. Ended up paying like $400 altogether. The phone I traded in was a lot nicer than the one they gave me. It’s a little beat up, whatever. But the screen has been replaced and not done so correctly so you can see green in certain spots when you touch, the battery has also been replaced with a non Apple part and now will barely charge. So now it’s 4 months later and I’m stuck with a phone I can’t afford to fix and can’t trade in. I should have just kept my other phone. Also when I called to get a price on the battery replacement and back glass fixed I was told $165

My boss dropped his laptop and needed it repaired same day. Not only did he fix it but he followed up with me every step of the way. He was knowledgeable and very nice! You can tell the people that shop with him like him a lot just based off the few customer interactions I saw while I waited for my repair! Damn! I can see why they have almost the perfect 5.0 score with 600 plus reviews! He didn’t even ask me to do this I just felt the need to because my guy just looked out for me on the real and it was much appreciated because I was having some real issues with my charger.
