I would leave 0 stars if I could.
I brought my phone in on Saturday evening to get my screen repaired. After driving home, I noticed that both the ear speaker and bottom speakers were no longer working properly. Keep in mind, both speakers were perfectly fine prior to the screen “repair”. The left edge of the screen was also lifted and the display light was coming through the cracks. They were closed by this time, so I called on Sunday morning. The woman who answered told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. I told her that I’ll be there sometime this week.
Well, I arrived on Thursday, October 28, and I was completely dismissed and disrespected by a light brown, approx 5’5″ green eyed “atheist”(his word choice). When I started to describe the issue with the speakers, he cut me off to say “it could’ve been water damage.” He claimed that he’s the only guy that repairs the phones there. Unless he’s admitting to spilling water on my phone during the repair, then no, it couldn’t have been water damage because I’ve never spilled or dropped my phone in water. It is simply his incompetence and inability to successfully complete the screen repair that caused the issue. He kept trying to insist that it was my fault the speakers weren’t working properly. While I was trying to communicate the issue in a civil manner, he made it his duty to escalate his voice and be aggressive.
A good mechanic would have offered to fix the issue that THEY caused. Unfortunately, good mechanics don’t exist here so I was offered a discount instead. Why, would anyone in their sane mind, pay someone to fix the issue that they caused? Why would I pay you to fix the issue, when I already paid you the first time and you failed at that?
He asked “what do you want me to do?” For starters, treating me like the paying customer I am would be nice. Second, fixing the issue or giving me my refund would be even better. He said in order to issue a refund, he would have to send the screen back to the original company and continued with “do you know how business works”?
My only remaining question is, do you know how customer service works?

I really don’t want to bash this store because they seemed like nice people. Went in with a problem with my phone. Got the vibe immediately they were just going to push me off to the next man , which they did! Got a second opinion at another store up the street, they fixed the phone with no problem. Maybe don’t go in this store right when there opening and they might actually try and fix the phone! Good luck!
Above average service, very much so. Twice I have come in with a phone problem… one problem was elaborate and obscure… and they spent a good amount of time trying to help me get things going. And then when the older phones were just un-fixable they didn’t charge me anything for their time. Good honest team there.
