This place used to do great work but sadly has gone downhill in recent times. We dropped off my daughters iPad (along with the case & pencil) for them to try and fix. It had a boot loop issue and they claimed they could fix it with a battery replacement. Well it sat there for months. We kept calling for updates and they kept telling us the battery was out of stock and they are waiting for it to ship. Finally got tired of waiting so we went to pick it up and they had lost the case and pencil. They claimed it was in their storage unit which was very odd. Why would those be in the storage unit but the device is still at the store? Dont bring your devices here if you want them repaired in a reasonable amount of time.

We had dropped off a Nintendo Switch here sometime during the second week of June 2024. It is now July 2024. A whole month has gone by and we still have not received a call in regards to our device. We tried showing up at different times and dates and we were unable to find anyone to help us and pick our device up. We called all of the phone numbers we found associated with this store and non of them work. Not sure what is going on, but would not recommend coming here! A police report was made and a formal complaint with City of Modesto was also made. They stole our electronic device pretty much!

Just wanted to say thank you! I dropped by the store on Tuesday to get my son’s iPad fixed, and by Thursday evening, the new owner had already called to let me know it was ready. Super nice guy and really on top of things!

I’m impressed with how quickly and smoothly everything went. If you need any repairs, definitely check them out. Great service and super friendly!
