Don’t usually write reviews, but my experience this morning at Fix Wireless demanded it.

Work laptop went dead a couple of days before academic deadline. Took it to Fix Wireless – Jan spent 30 minutes tinkering trying to find the fault, and finally got it. Fixed it for me right then and there. Recommended I order a new RAM which he would install for me.

But what the review really is about, is how customers were treated there. An old gentleman who had waged labour over the weekend dropped his phone and broke its screen. The fixing charges, for him, were a bit high. Jan gave him a good discount which the old man appreciated.

Another man walked in needing suggestions for his phone over some improper notifications. Fix Wireless checked their phone and recommended “don’t trust the apps”. He went out saying “I won’t trust the apps”. A funny and wholesome exchange nonetheless.

If there’s a place I witnessed community spirit in New Haven, it was at Fix Wireless. 100% recommended. They also had a great range of phone covers and airpod cases.

Excellent experience all around! They didn’t have the screen for my phone in store and had to get it shipped. It came in the next day! My phone looks brand new and the customer service was 10/10. It would have cost the same amount to go through my phones insurance company, and I avoided having to send in my phone and be without it for 5 days! ( I work from home and need my phone for work.) This is the best phone repair shop in the area hands down.

Came in as a walk-in after I noticed the back glass on my iPhone 12 was breaking off. It was done the same day within 1 hour and a half! I even received a new screen protector for free which was incredibly kind of them. My family members thought I had a new phone and were shocked it was the same one. Definitely will be coming back for any repairs in the future. Thank you so much!
