The manager hung up on me when I repeatedly tried to complain of a less than compatible battery than the original good quality Apple battery that was in my I phone, they also never told me until the repairs were done, When disassembling my phone the girl broke the outside ring of my case, she replaced it and charged me for the whole case when she only used 1 part of it and did not give me the base part of the case, the manager responded on this site but is not honest, he is not willing to make this right. The same day as the work was done while on my way home I called and he originally said he would agree to reinstalling my old battery but when I told him that I lived 2hours away and would come in Three days latter he changed his mind and said he could not help me and that they have a no return or refund policy. At this time I feel my only option is to stop payment due to fraud, report to consumers reports, and publish a fraud alert in the Abiline newspapers. There are many others that have had issues with the place and have complained to the clerks at the appliance desk inside Walmart,

Highly recommend!! I have used them for years and always received get service! Up until today I have never had any issues with a phone or repair. That being said From the time I let them know there was a problem to the time it was fixed was less than 30 minutes! Will continue to get my business when I need a new phone or repair!
