I initially was going to go to another shop that was recommended to me but the owner had told me he would be there at a certain time and had me waiting outside so I said screw that and called up Frank. Frank told me he was in and would do a free diagnostic right then. I initially just wanted my MacBook Pro fixed as it wasn’t turning on anymore but I went ahead and asked him about my HP that needed the screen, hinge and back replaced. Frank is super knowledgeable of computers. He told me right then and there what the issue was with my MacBook and quoted me a fair price to fix it. My Hp was originally going to cost me $500 at Best Buy to get fixed but he also quoted me a fair price and made it faster. He went above an beyond by also updating both laptops and put anti spyware on my HP! I’m so happy with how quickly he was able to fix them both. Now I can use my HP again after all this time and will be selling my MacBook! I’m also pleased with the warranty he provided

I had an issue with my screen. The display would not show after I had dropped my laptop. I contacted the shop and setup a day and time I could drop off my computer. I had to order a replacement screen that was found online by the shop owner, Frank. After I received my replacement screen in the mail I dropped of my laptop and within a couple of hours the new screen had been installed and my computer was working like new again. I highly recommend this business if you have computer and laptop issues. I also received a 30 day warranty at no extra charge.

Awesome Experience!! Was having some issues with my PC, and Frank got me squared away quickly and easily! He went above and beyond with his services. Very knowledgeable about what he is doing and explained the problem and solution in a way I could understand. The repair was fast and was ready same day which is awesome! Highly recommended!
