They guys are really the best in fixing game consoles and laptops. I brought in My Anbernic 600 that runs Steam OS and it had a broken button that needed to be replaced. I brought in a rubber pad replacement and they modified it to make it a custom part that fit for the replacement. They fixed it within one business day. They also fixed an overheating non working GPU fan in my Stealth GRE Asus Laptop that Microcenter wanted to order a whole new heating pipe system ($300) by taking a replacement part I brought them and they only charged me $100 for the replacement service. 6+ star effort!!
Been to the Owings MIlls location multiple times and they do it all. I’ve had laptops repaired, phones, an old Ipod, and a Nintendo Switch. They are super fast and the pricing has always been very fair. Everyone I have dealt with has also been very courteous, and friendly. Would recommend!
They were terrific with my son’s game console. They fixed the issue quickly and explained the cost to me to ensure I did not feel overcharged or taken advantage of. They even stayed open a little later to allow me to pick up before the week began. They will get all of my future business.
