I received a tip that there was a service that worked on printers. I was directed to, ‘The Gadget Clinic’.

This place is what Martinez and the Augusta area desperately needed. It’s a full service electronic repair shop for a plethora of, ‘gadgets’. TV’s to gaming equipment to printers. And more!

The staff is top shelf! Service is great.
Being handicapped, I brought our printer to the Clinic, but I told them I had a very difficult time walking, much less being able to carry the printer in to them.

The staff happily greeted me when I pulled up. We were able to get the process under way including paperwork. Then they came around the passenger side and took our printer back in for the work.

They explained that they were busy and it would be a week and a half.
Pretty much they were spot on with the turn around time.

When and if…. We’ll be back for any services in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service from Jennifer (technician). She was prompt, professional, kept me informed, and incredibly skilled at diagnosing and fixing the issue with my device. Her attention to detail and ensuring everything was working perfectly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of top-notch repairs 100%! Great experience!

The screen on my Motorola phone was shattered but they fixed it in the promised time frame which was quick! Beyond excellent customer service. I’ll be back with any electronic issues. From the looks of it, they fix computers, TVs and game systems.
