Brian is amazing. I brought him an iPhone that was new dropped on its back and shattered and was told at the Apple store that the camera was ruined and best to send in for replacement and might have it back 3 weeks. I took this to him and he ordered the parts and had it in and out with new rear glass looking like new same day. Looks and works like new and took a specialized laser tool built just for the process that he was nice enough to even show me — great friendly guy and very fair. He keeps a Boa Constrictor and a cool dog for company to help with his mindset of the tedious work. First time I got to pet a Boa! Anyway- great place and he even repaired me a gold necklace with his micro tools and electron microscope.

This was my first time using Gadget Bar and I had an outstanding customer experience. The quality and thoroughness of the service far exceeded my expectations. The owner truly cares about every customer’s needs and delivering top-notch results. Pricing is competitive with a timely turnaround on repair work. The owner stays in close communication with updates. I highly recommend this establishment and will be back for all future tech needs. Brian was incredibly helpful. Super forthcoming about the process and an exceptionally diligent worker. Provided consistent updates on his work for my laptop issue. Made what felt like a nightmare experience seem like a walk in the park on the behalf of the customer. He’s remarkable at his work, and is someone who will go above and beyond.
