I am so grateful to Jonathan! Due to my own stupidity, I was worried that I might have viruses and/or malware on my MacBook Pro. When I called Jonathan, he had me bring it down right away. When I picked it up today, he had repeatedly deep scanned everything and found no problems thank god. He then helped me sort out and update passwords and synch everything on my laptop, iPhone and Apple Watch. To top it off, he charged me significantly less than he had quoted me the day before! So glad I found “The Gadget Guy”!
