I came here on a short notice for building my pc. It was my first time ever building a pc so when i was having trouble trying to build it, this store was the best one I found. They have two locations, i visited the one on E Patrick. These technicians were able to recognize the faulty parts I had earlier when I was attempting to build my Pc and even had finished building my PC the next day! Previously, I had visited two Best Buy locations to help me build my PC and both locations quoted my pc build to be done in two weeks. I bought a lap top battery and a tablet. I’m not very tech savvy and I had questions. Brandon answered all of my questions and he also set up my tablet in the store. I was never rushed. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I got a great deal and a warranty which is something you wouldn’t get buying on Offer Up or elsewhere. I can call them for technical support too if needed. I’ve visited both the locations and the service is always outstanding. I recommend Gadget Mates and I would give them a try first before going anywhere else.

GadgetMates was incredible from start to finish. I walked in desperate for help with data recovery. Apple Store sent me to “their” data recovery referral who quoted anywhere from $2000-$4000. GadgetMates was local (just a couple miles from my house) and fixed my phone in 2 days along with a complete back-up for a fraction of the quote from the other place.
