I;m so pleased with Hector and this place! I bought a whole new phone last year and if I had known about this place, that would not have been necessary. I broke the face in a bike accident this weekend and Hector not only fixed it, he cleaned out the mics and now I can hear! I thought I was going to have to buy another phone again this year. He is more honest than the Apple people. They never told me I could just change the microphone. Some times I don’t hear very well and being able to hear on the phone is so important . Thank you! PrePaid Plus! Everybody go there. Oh, and he put an aftermarket glass on it for $20 less than the Apple standard glass. Cool! I drop my phone a lot, so it’s good to know I can replace the mic as needed.

This is an incredible shop with amazing work ethic and customer service. I brought my much beloved iPhone SE in today and Joe was friendly and very skilled with the repair. It looks like new! Gor has always been helpful with phone repairs, and sometimes fast too. Prices have been reasonable. My 16-year-old son has an iPhone 8 that he has had several issues with including dropping it in a pool and dropping it on a hard surface. Most recently, part of his touchscreen was unresponsive, and Gor quickly replaced the screen while we waited for $70.
