Super friendly and very communicative. Quoted me a price, gave me time to think on it, and had a speedy turnaround with great results. Even fixed an extra issue with it for no charge because it affected the laptop’s usability. I appreciated him documenting everything for his sake and mine, and he offered for me to keep the part that was replaced (I’m guessing that’s a thing that more tech savvy people may care about). 100% would recommend.
We’ve had a few cracked screens repaired successfully and quickly. Recently we had an old phone fixed up for our daughter and didn’t turn it on for weeks after the screen repair. For whatever reason, when we finally turned it on, it behaved oddly – my wife brought it back to Gadgetworks and they happily replaced the screen and it works well now. We’re hard on our phones, so it’s nice to have these folks nearby.
The best service I faced in both continents, Europe and USA. I’ve had androids for the most part and I would always run into pricy and long wait time service. This time with this shop, it was the best experience. Not only that my screens got replaced in 2 hours, but I also got to get new battery and front protection. I recommend this to everyone!
