I want to start by saying, I am generally a computer literate person. And I know that a lot of computer repair places can and will try to filch undue money out of your pocket. Ya know, like when a car repair guy tries to go “yeah your transmission is in retrograde we need to circulate it with a new wiper engine, that’ll be 600 dollars”.

This place is not that. These two are legit. You’re gonna do your research around the area, you’re gonna see the reviews on one place or another, and you’re gonna rock up to this place after google maps takes you here and go “wait, a house? Not like, a store or anything?” No, not like a store. Because the stores around here actively obfuscate how much they’re gonna charge you, or rudely tell you to shut up and give them your computer to work on. Not these two. These two are polite, pleasant, and happy to answer questions and give you reasonable price ranges to work with.

The fans in my laptop were busted, plain and simple. But because tech these days isn’t made for you to be able to fix yourself safely, I had neither the resources or know-how to fix it up myself. They gave it a diagnoses (and cleaned it out!) free of charge, without charging me a hundred bucks just to look at it like some places do. Then, rather than try to have me buy new parts through them, they did the research on the necessary parts FOR me, and gave me multiple options of their best recommendations from sellers they were confident would provide refunds if the parts didn’t fit.

To top it off, they were able to squeeze me into their schedule THE DAY my fans arrived, letting me type up this review on my laptop that’s now perfectly cool and pleasantly silent. They even made sure to run a CPU and GPU stress test on some external software to make sure they weren’t sending me out the door with a laptop that was going to combust 45 minutes into a gaming session. Hell they even replaced the thermal paste/pads and cleaned out the old crap while replacing the fans. And lastly, they didn’t charge me a cent more than they quoted me for to begin with. We’re a very PC happy household and these two and their computer repair business run out of their home have made customers for life, and if you’re like me and paranoid as hell about taking your computer in for diagnostic/repair, choose these two. Cost effective, knowledgeable, personable, efficient, I’d go on but I worry I’ll start to sound like I was paid to write this. 5 stars, no notes.

Bought a computer for my wife, took it home and went to boot it up, no display on the tv/monitor, red VGA light on the motherboard, was panicking trying to find a decent computer repair shop around the southeast Georgia and northeast Florida area, nothing seemed to seem like a decent shop around, then i discovered these amazing people, fast reply’s from their website and emails, and made a date and appointment to send it on in, was welcomed at the door, and sat the computer down, gave a brief explanation of the problem and they were on the case, within not even 4 hours later they got the computer to boot up, updated the bios and installed windows, installed missing screws for the case, and cleaned up the cable management a whole lot, went to pick the computer up and they insisted on booting it up and showing me it was running again, ran into a issue while doing that where the drivers for the graphics cards would just delete themselves, and the files on the pc would corrupt we all agreed it was a dying graphics card, they recommended a wonderful place to eat while they continued to fix it, and did everything in there power to keep the computer stable, they are absolutely amazing with everything the had to fight against to keep it running, went home bought a new graphics card and computer works like a charm, they charged a total of 200 dollars for everything they did which was extremely generous, if you’re nervous or looking in the Florida or Georgia area for a computer repair shop, these people are your greatest bet!!!

I was looking to get my old PC cleaned up due to it getting neglected for a few months and I had called them to see how much it would cost for them to deep clean the cobwebs so I could get back to gaming. To my surprise, they said (and did it) for free. I brought them my PC and within a 30 minute conversation, my old PC looked brand new. For quite some time I was looking into getting my old PC upgraded or fully replaced so while I had waited for my old PC to be finished, I asked them about their experience with building gaming PCs. They mentioned that they have done quite a few, and they showed me some of their current projects. They were all absolutely amazing and I knew that I had found the perfect place. After speaking with them and discussing my essential requirements for this build to meet my expectations, they took on the challenge and did they deliver. Not only was the build beautiful and extremely accurate to what I requested, they completed the entire project in about 2 weeks’ time. I definitely got my money’s worth, and I will be going back to them for anything computer related.
